Tiny and a lady of the night in a shot from the pilot.
Dak Tandy’s Tiny
Tiny was a puppet that I built at Swazzle Puppet Studio for a pilot called Dak Tandy. Directed by Peter Farrelly, Dak Tandy was a fictional bar frequented by a host of questionable characters. Tiny was one of those patrons and intentionally built on the larger side to match his human counterparts. Tiny’s head was sculpted out soft foam and his body was patterned scott foam. He was covered in antron fleece.
Dak Tandy’s Audrina & Angelo
Audrina & Angelo were puppets that I built at Swazzle Puppet Studio for a pilot called Dak Tandy. Directed by Peter Farrelly, Dak Tandy was a fictional bar frequented by a host of questionable characters. Audrina was an escort, while Angelo was the bar’s manager, and both were intentionally built on the larger side to match their human counterparts. To learn more, check out the behind-the-scenes photos below, and consider contacting me to help bring your puppet project to life!
Both puppets had heads sculpted out of blocks of soft foam, with bodies patterned from scott foam. Their heads were hollowed out to accommodate a puppeteer’s hand, and they were covered in antron fleece.
